In addition to completing this form, please send digital images of your artwork to TolliverArts@gmail.com.  Please ensure that the signature is very clear and visible.  We can not complete Appraisals or provide Certificates without these digital images.

Appraisals and Certificates of Authenticity will be certified by The Estate of William Tolliver  and  mailed to you within 5-7 business days.

If you own reproductions (such as serigraphs, lithographs or giclees) and simply would like to obtain the current market value, please check out our Sold Out Reproductions page first. You may also email us with the name and edition number of your artwork, and we will provide you with the value free of charge.

To help in the authentication process, please note the gallery or individual you purchased your artwork from in the Notes/Comments section at the bottom of this form.
